Please note: Payment is due at the time of service

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track your claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks, although may take longer if appeals are needed. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.

Most dental insurance plans do Not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment. We encourage you to think of your insurance as more of a coupon toward your treatment. You will be responsible to pay your deductible, if any, and your estimated co-pay the day service is rendered. We will estimate as closely as possible what your co-pay will be, but until we receive payment from your insurance, it is only an estimate.
